This was my second order with Zarishka, 4 pendants as gifts. And because these were gifts, did not open the original packing to verify the details. Unfortunately, there was an error in the name on 1 piece that was realized much later, when the gift was opened. Not hoping to get a replacement, i just wanted to bring it to the team's notice. And they made a new pendant, and promptly got it delivered, without asking for any explanations. Not many are committed to client servicing like they do. Needless to say, love their product!!
